Submission Guidelines
To eliminate some possible confusion for the math challenge answers, let's see a few possibilities of answers and how to submit them.
Entering Fractions
If a problem asks for a fraction as an answer, here is how to submit that:
2/5
7/10
9/8
Notice there are NO spaces between the / and the numerator and denominator and may be an improper fraction.
Entering Decimals
Most of the questions require an answer in decimal format (usually 3 decimal places). In the event there are 3 decimal places to round off to, see these examples below:
0.12345 = 0.123
0.660321 = 0.66
22.1212121212 = 22.121
Notice for the second example, there is NO trailing 0. This is not required for submission and would count as an incorrect value if entered with the trailing 0.
